This 45-minute session allows you to get answers to your questions, find ways around the obstacles and explore alternative approaches to achieve your goal.

During your consultation, we will explore:

1. Questions related to deeper understanding and insight of the benefits of meditation.

2. The identification of an achievable goal

3. Relevant meditation techniques to help you reach your goal and overcome current obstacles to its attainment.

4. Recommendations for your continued practice.

5. If needed or appropriate to your obstacle or goal, you will receive extra material and tools helpful towards your specific obstacle or goal.

6. Examples and a final assessment of efficacy.
